- Teamcenter 2412: Using Active Workspace Essentials
This course provides an introduction to the Active Workspace Client application. The goal of the course is to provide an introductory exploration of the Active Workspace Client, capabilities, and core actions required to work effectively in the client. Attendees learn how to login, navigate, position windows, organize using folders and favorites, create and edit data, understand the relations behind data, example and work with structural and visualization data, and interact with workflows to sign off on tasks. - Teamcenter 2506: Unbox, and perform a quick sandbox upgrade from Teamcenter 2412 to Teamcenter 2506
This series provides a first look at upgrading Teamcenter 2412 to Teamcenter 2506 using Deployment Center. The demonstrations include a discussion regarding the prerequisite software for Teamcenter 2412 is almost exactly the same as Teamcenter 2506 and thus only a quick check to verify is needed. The primary topics in the series include: - Review prerequisite software such as Databases, Java versions, Application Servers, and more. - Shut down the Teamcenter 2412 environment. - Upgrade Deployment Center to 2506 using the upgrade_config.properties file. - Upgrade Teamcenter 2412 Standalone environment to Teamcenter 2506. This upgrade is performed directly against the existing environment. See Siemens online documentation for information on creating a Testing environment to prepare for a Production upgrade. - Verify successful upgrade of Teamcenter 2506. - Update the local help documentation and clean up links.
